One of the most iconic characters from the comic strip Peanuts is the lovable creation of Charles Schulz’s Snoopy, an anthropomorphic beagle. Snoopy is a loyal, imaginative, and a good-natured beagle who is prone to imagining fantasy lives. Here he lives the life of a Beagle Scout first seen in the 1974 strip. Snoopy as a “Beagle Scout” is a pun on Eagle Scout, the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America. We are delighted to see his return to the Steiff range, celebrating Beagle Scout’s 50th anniversary.
